We are contacted to take a look at their sagging floors and drywall cracks. After inspection, it was found that the joists were over spanned and wood shims were compressed allowing the floor system to drop. Our crews changed out bad wood shims with steel shims, and added additional crawlspace supports. With these repairs, we were able to close up drywall cracks and prevent future movement.
