HomeAdvisor's Elite Service Pro badge is given to contractors who meet specific customer service and review guidelines. To earn the badge, contractors must:
• Have a minimum of five reviews with a five-star rating
• Have an overall customer service rating of 4.5 or better
• Have no homeowner complaints in the last six months
• Have reviews from homeowners they've done work for
